While there are many ways to calculate deadlines, including features within Outlook(tm) and other legal-specific calendaring systems, I absolutely love, and greatly depend on TimeandDate.com. Specifically, the "Date Calculator: Add to or subtract from a date" feature found at: Date Calculator. This direct link has been at the top of my favorites list for as long as I can remember, and easily for the past five years.
Of course, I also rely on the other features of this website, such as the Duration Calculator, which calculates the number of days between two dates (for those times when I want to verify that an opposing party timely filed a document, for example): Duration Calculator.
And, if you have offices, clients, family or friends who reside outside the United States (or if you're time zone-challenged), then the World Clock link was made just for you: World Clock.
